Offset shows how much FPS varies between scenes—±10% at 60 FPS means you may see 54–66 FPS. Bottleneck ratio reveals whether a game leans on your GPU or CPU, helping you prioritize upgrades. 1% lows are the lowest FPS during demanding moments; high averages with low 1% lows cause stuttering.
